NOVELTY - The device has a device body formed with an overlapping bottom layer, a middle layer, a graphene nano array layer i.e. nano structure and graphene particle array layer and a top layer. USE - Graphene surface waveguide material trace gas sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The device is easy to realize, has wide application range, high sensitivity and better conductive properties, thus reducing loss of channel noise generated by spontaneous emission, and ensures better absorbing effect.
