▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing synergistic polymer fiber of graphene and liquid crystal polyester involves mixing graphene and liquid crystal polyester as component A, polymer as component B, where mass ratio of graphene to liquid crystal polyester is 0.05-2: 98.0-99.95, directly blending component A and component B by melt spinning to prepare a molten strand, or component A as a core or island component of a bicomponent fiber and component B as a sheath or sea component of a bicomponent fiber by melting composite spinning to prepare a molten filament, where the mass ratio of component A to component B is 2-20:80-98. The molten strand is cooled by air having a temperature of 15-60 degrees C, a relative humidity of 50-80%, and a wind speed of 0.2-0.7 m/seconds to obtain a nascent fiber, and then subjected to post-drawing treatment or not. The polymer/graphene/liquid crystal polyester composite fiber is prepared by post-drawing treatment and then heat setting. USE - Method for preparing synergistic polymer fiber of graphene and liquid crystal polyester. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare synergistic polymer fiber of graphene and liquid crystal polyester, which improves crystallinity of the fiber, and transfers high physical and mechanical properties to the polymer matrix to obtain a polymer composite fiber with low product price and high strength.
