▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance silicon oxide-based composite materials comprises (i) mixing silicon oxide with metal powder and ball milling to obtain silicon oxide-based precursor material, where metal powder is iron powder, iron-chromium alloy powder, iron-nickel alloy powder or iron-chromium-nickel alloy powder, and (ii) adding silicon oxide-based precursor material into graphene solution, stirring, drying, sonicating, and annealing it at 400-800 degrees C for 2-6 hours in inert atmosphere to obtain graphene composite silicon oxide-based composite material. USE - The high-performance silicon oxide-based composite material is useful as lithium-ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent electrochemical performance and excellent cycle stability, and simple preparation process.
