▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material by atmosphere controlled powder metallurgy comprises (i) ball milling graphene powder and aluminum base material under the inert gas atmosphere to obtain uniformly mixed composite powder; (ii) degassing the composite powder under the inert gas atmosphere, hot pressing to obtain graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite blank; and (iii) performing annealing treatment to the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite blank, performing densification process, and cold-drawing wire processing to obtain the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. USE - The method is useful for graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material by atmosphere controlled powder metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids aluminum base oxidation, reduces oxygen content of composite material, improves mechanical and electrical properties of composite material, exerts strengthening potential and performance of graphene, saves energy and time, and is suitable for mass production.
