▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of supramolecular oil gel of hydroxy functionalized telechelic polymer at both ends as lubricating oil. The supramolecular oleogel is formed by dispersing telechelic polymers in base oil through hydrogen bond interactions between hydroxy groups. The telechelic polymer is a polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester containing hydroxy groups at both ends, denoted as HmS2nHm. The H block is a hydroxy-containing monomer, the S block is an oil-soluble polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester, m is the degree of polymerization of the H block, and 2n is the degree of polymerization of the S block. USE - The supramolecular complex oil gel is used as lubricant oil. ADVANTAGE - The super molecular oil gel has long-term stability, good lubricating performance and anti-wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for supramolecular complex oil gel, comprising telechelic polymer and the two-dimensional nano-material are dispersed in the base oil and formed through hydrogen bond interaction between the telechelic polymer and the two-dimensional material, the telechelic polymer is a polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester containing hydroxy groups at both ends, recording as HmS2nHm, where the H block is a hydroxy-containing monomer, and the S block is an oil-soluble long-chain polymethyl acrylic acid long chain alkyl ester, the 2n is the degree of polymerization and the S block and m is the degree of polymerization of the H block.
