▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing copper base alloy blank comprises (i) taking 85 wt.% pure ingot, 12 wt.% pure silver, 2 wt.% pure copper powder and 1 wt.% graphene powder as raw materials; (ii) mixing the pure copper ingot, pure silver ingot at 1100 degrees C, melting into alloy melt for 10 min and protecting melt level with the argon gas, stirring the pure copper powder, graphite powder, the alloy melt for 3 minutes, and reducing the alloy melt temperature to 900 degrees C for 10 minutes, making alloy melt congealed and forming a melt of the solid tissue; and (iii) pouring the melt of the semi-solid mixed structure to the circulating water forming cast ingot in a cooling grinding tool, cooling at 80 degrees C/minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper base alloy blank. ADVANTAGE - The alloy blank has high strength and conductivity.
