NOVELTY - Preparation of efficient and durable solid-phase extraction film involves pre-treating glass fiber film by burning and removing organic interference and placing in hydrofluoric acid solution for ultrasonic treatment, adding mixture of graphite powder and potassium permanganate to mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid, centrifuging the solution, pouring out supernatant, washing and centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide as solid substance, preparing coating liquid by weighing graphene oxide powder, ultrasonically oscillating and dispersing in dichloromethane, adding polydimethylsiloxane, tetraethyl orthosilicate and polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, ultrasonically vibrating, adding trifluoroacetic acid and ultrasonically vibrating, preparing composite membrane by soaking cleaned and dried glass fiber film in the coating liquid, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonically oscillating and freeze-drying to obtain dried composite membrane. USE - Preparation of efficient and durable solid-phase extraction film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the composite membrane having porous, high specific surface area, chemical stability, high adsorption rate, non-toxic, low cost, and green and environmental protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of efficient and durable solid-phase extraction film involves pre-treating glass fiber film by burning and removing organic interference in muffle furnace using ultra-pure water for ultrasonic treatment to remove water-soluble particulate matter and other impurities, taking out and placing in hydrofluoric acid solution for ultrasonic treatment, ultrasonically treating with sodium hydroxide solution, rinsing treated glass fiber film with ultrapure water, ultrasonically treating with hydrochloric acid solution and rinsing with ultrapure water, preparing graphene oxide by adding the mixture of graphite powder and potassium permanganate to mixed acid of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid, heating and stirring, cooling to room temperature and pouring into ice containing hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging the solution, pouring out the supernatant, washing remaining solid material with ultrapure water and hydrochloric acid in turn, washing again with absolute ethanol, centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide as solid substance, vacuum-drying the solid substance, sealing and storing, preparing coating liquid by weighing graphene oxide powder, ultrasonically oscillating and dispersing in dichloromethane, adding polydimethylsiloxane, tetraethyl orthosilicate and polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, ultrasonically vibrating, adding trifluoroacetic acid and ultrasonically vibrating, preparing composite membrane by sol-gel method by soaking cleaned and dried glass fiber film in the coating liquid, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonically oscillating, taking out with forceps, replacing with new coating liquid, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonically vibrating, removing with forceps and placing in the refrigerator to freeze, placing the frozen composite membrane in freeze dryer for freeze-drying, to obtain dried composite membrane, and sealing and storing.
