▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene layers (2) are formed on a substrate (1). A semiconductor thin film and electrode (II) are formed on the graphene layer. Subsequently, a graphene layer is directly or indirectly stripped off from the substrate, and stripped-off graphene layer is used as electrode (I) to manufacture self-supporting thin film solar cell having semiconductor thin film, electrode (I) having graphene layer, and electrode (II). USE - Manufacture of thin film solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy peeling off of multilayer graphene, and efficient manufacture of thin film solar cell with improved spectral sensitivity characteristics, output characteristics, and design. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view explaining the tearing-off of a thin film solar cell using multilayer graphene film.
