NOVELTY - Vibration damping block comprises a vibration damping base material (1) arranged in the inner layer. The vibration damping base material is embedded with titanium-aluminum alloy elastic net (2). The outer surface of the damping base material is wrapped with a woven carbon fiber buffer net (3). The interior of the vibration damping base material is provided with irregular buffer cavity (4) and the outer surface is provided with many T-shaped bumps (5) at the gap of the woven carbon fiber buffer net. The vibration damping base material comprises 30-45% recycled butyl rubber, 5-15% organic rare earth modified polyphenylene pyridine and diimidazole short fiber, 2-5% 4,4'-bis(2,2-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, 2-3% graphene oxide, 2.5-10% nano bamboo carbon fiber, 1.5-8% expanded graphite nano powder, 4.5% calcium oxide-ferric oxide-titanium oxide, 1-2.5% zinc stearate, 1-5% aluminum oxalate and 30-45% filler. USE - The damping block is useful for air conditioning product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The block: has high-performance damping effect, strong working capacity and long service life; improves stability, aging resistance and rigidity; greatly improves the vibration damping effect by wrapping the light titanium aluminum alloy elastic net and the organic woven carbon fiber buffer net on the surface; increases the service life of the vibration damping block due to fracture and significantly improves the performance and comfort in use and adopts a variety of hierarchical structures to form vibration damping block, which prolongs service life and value.
