▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The grating has a outer cladding (2) for enveloping a core (1), and a coating layer which is provided on one side of fiber plane. The coating layer includes a first isolation dielectric layer (3), a first graphene layer (4), a third isolation dielectric layer (6), a second graphene layer (7) and a fifth isolation dielectric layer from bottom to top. The first and second graphene layers are interdigitated electrode structures and are respectively connected to electrode A (10) and electrode B (12). The centers of all sections in light transmission direction are the same. USE - Graphene-based electro-optically adjustable D-type chirped fiber grating. ADVANTAGE - The resonant wavelength of the chirped fiber grating changes along with the change of the electric field outside the graphene, so that the tunable chirp fiber grating is wide in tunable wavelength range, and high in response speed.
