▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-silica composite material by in-situ, comprises (i) uniformly dispersing 100 pts.wt.% graphene drying powder into 1000 pts.wt.% deionized water, adding 1-5 pts.wt.% dispersant stirring to make it dissolving and absorbing on the graphene surface, (ii) adding concentrated brine solution 10-100 pts.wt.% 10% , adding sodium silicate, stirring and dissolving uniformly, heating, and quickly adding 5-10 pts.wt.% acidulant of adding sodium silicate, after stirring and uniformly dissolving, heating, and quickly adding 5-10 pts.wt.% acidulant, (iii) maintaining temperature unchanged, the sodium silicate reacting the acidulant to generate silicic acid, and silicic acid quickly polycondensation reacting to obtain the nanosilicon dioxide and adsorbed on the graphene surface through the silicon hydroxy and (iv) after curing the obtained suspension, using plate frame filter pressing, washing and drying to obtain the graphene nanosilicon dioxide composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene nano-silica composite material by in-situ. ADVANTAGE - The method has solving the problem of agglomeration of graphene, and using the polymer field can greatly improve the mechanical strength, thermal conductivity and wear resistance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene nano-silicon dioxide composite material, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
