▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified grounding resistance reduction module includes 20-35 pts. wt. sodium bentonite, 4-12 pts. wt. dispersant; 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive particles, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium molybdate, 5-10 pts. wt. mirabilite, 1-2 pts. wt. calcined gypsum, 5-15 pts. wt. zinc powder and 4-12 pts. wt. steel fiber. USE - Graphene modified grounding resistance-reducing module. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified grounding resistance reducing module has excellent stability, corrosion resistance, and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a processing method of the graphene modified grounding resistance reduction module, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material component according to the graphene modified grounding resistance reduction module; (B) mixing graphene with 1/4 amount of dispersant, and ultrasonically treating with water for 2 hours to obtain a graphene dispersion; (C) adding sodium bentonite and plaster of paris into the graphene dispersion, stirring uniformly, and then adding graphite, carbon nanotubes, steel fibers, sodium molybdate and Glauber's salt, and stirring for 1 hour to obtain a forming slurry; (D) mixing the zinc powder with the remaining 3/4 of the dispersant, and adding water to ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours to obtain a zinc powder dispersion; (E) opening the mold to expose the mold cavity, and then uniformly coating the zinc powder dispersion on the inner wall of the mold cavity; and (F) closing the mold, and pouring the molding slurry through the liquid injection port on the mold, and keeping for 24 hours, and obtaining a grounded resistance reduction module after curing.
