NOVELTY - A high performance graphene oxide modified calcium zinc stabilizer comprises 25-45 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 25-45 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. high performance graphene oxide, 20-35 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 2-10 pts. wt. potassium sorbate, 1-5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 5-10 pts. wt. ( beta )-diketone, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 5-8 pts. wt. hydrotalcite. USE - High performance graphene oxide modified calcium zinc stabilizer used for PVC product (claimed) and used in chemical industry production and processing. ADVANTAGE - The stabilizer has non-toxic harmless and high performance, and solves the easy precipitation problem of liquid stabilizer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of high performance graphene oxide modified calcium-zinc stabilizer, which involves adding zinc stearate, calcium stearate, antioxidant, hydrotalcite and other components in mortar, grinding, leaving the solution still, adding epoxidized soybean oil, potassium sorbate, pentaerythritol and hydrotalcite, stirring, maintaining temperature at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding zinc stearate and calcium stearate, stirring, raising temperature at 120-140 degrees C, adding ( beta )-diketone, antioxidant and high-performance graphene oxide, and stirring; and (2) PVC product which is prepared by adding 0.5-5 wt.% high-performance graphene oxide modified calcium zinc stabilizer.
