NOVELTY - Preparing nano-material composite film by interface-aggregate method comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide suspension, and preparing nano-particle suspension for preparing composite film, (ii) preparing water phase solution and oil phase solution for preparing interface reaction aggregate, (iii) mixing the graphene dioxide suspension, mixing the nanoparticles suspension with the water-phase solution, (iv) immersing the nanoparticle film into the oil-phase liquid for polymerization, taking out and drying to obtain a stable interface aggregate nanoparticle composite film. The nanoparticles are NaY zeolite and/or UiO, zirconia, zinc-iron-molybdenum-silica (ZIF), metal-organic framework (MIL) or polypropylene (PCN) metal organic frame. USE - The nano-material composite film is used for removing pollutant in water. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, less control parameter and mild reaction condition, and can be used for removing pollutant in water. The film is embedded with nano particles, increasing the GO interlayer distance, compared with pure GO film, the water flux is increased by about 20 times, at the same time, the interface aggregate principle makes the combination of GO and ZaY more compact, reaching the effect of inhibiting film swelling. Compared with the traditional high-cost graphene oxide film, adding nano-particles reduces the dosage of the graphene oxide, to reduce the cost. UiO-66-NH2 composite film in the -NH2 for interface polymerization, has a larger absorption material utilization rate. The preparation technique of the method is simple and convenient, the condition is mild, it can be prepared without complex instrument device.
