▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing expanded graphite and stripping medium to obtain a mixture material (S11). The mixed material is entered (S12) into a crushing cavity of an airflow pulverizer. Salt substance is dissolved in water with a boiling point greater than 300 degree Celsius. Protective gas is sprayed into the crushing cavity. The protective gas is interacted with the mixed material in the crushing cavity. Graphene is collected (S13) in a separator through a purification process. USE - Method for preparing graphene by a stripping airflow crusher. Uses include but are not limited to optical applications, electrical applications, mechanical applications, micro-nano processing applications, energy applications, biomedicine applications and drug delivery applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively preparing graphene by a stripping airflow crusher in a simple manner with low cost, high efficiency and high safety performance. The method enables utilizing the airflow crusher to continuously produce graphene, reducing the production cost of the graphene, effectively improving preparation efficiency of graphene and ensuring large-scale industrial production, avoiding utilization of the organic solvent and noble metal substance so that graphene is environment-friendly.
