NOVELTY - High temperature resistant wearable graphene brake sheet has a friction block (1) whose two sides are respectively formed with a chamfer angle (2). A lower portion of the friction block is provided with a heat conducting plate (4). A lower surface of the heat conducting plate is formed with multiple radiating fins (5). A lower portion of the heat conducting plate is provided with a supporting plate (6). An upper surface of the supporting plate is formed with multiple supporting blocks (7). A two clamping seats (8) clamp a lug (3) on two sides of the friction block in a clamping groove and form an opening groove (9) with the friction block. USE - High temperature resistant wearable graphene brake sheet. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant and wear-resistant performance of the graphene brake sheet can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-temperature and wear-resistant graphene brake pad, which involves: (A) stirring 60-70 pts. wt. graphene oxide stock solution, 5-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, and 7-12 pts. wt. rare earth salt in a stirrer and raise the temperature to 850-950 degrees C at a stirring speed of 300-350r/min for 1-2 hours; (B) lowering the temperature to 300-500 degrees C and keep the stirring speed 300-350r/min and adding zinc powder, the quality of zinc powder is 1-1.2 times that of graphene oxide, stirring for 0.5-1 hours, and then lowering temperature to normal temperature, and drying mixed solution to obtain modified graphene oxide powder; (C) adding the prepared modified graphene oxide powder to the resin at 80-90 degrees C; (D) preparing mixed solution by stirring in the mixer with stirring speed of 200-300r/min, where mass ratio of the modified graphene oxide powder to the resin is 1:1.2-1.3, soaking cotton fiber into the mixed solution, soaking time is 1-2 hours; (E) taking the soaked cotton fiber and dry it in an oven at 100-110 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours; (F) raising oven temperature to 500-600 degrees C within 1-1.5h, and the cotton fiber is reinforced for 5-6h, and the reinforced cotton fiber is twisted into graphene yarn; (G) cutting the prepared graphene wire and weigh it and put it into a mold at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C, and pressing it into a shape with a four-column hydraulic press at a pressure of 200-250kg/cm2, after pressing for 5-8 minutes, taking it out to obtain a friction block, grinding, grooving, and edge-cleaning the initial embryo of the friction block, and placing in a heating furnace and strengthened for 12-15 hours at a temperature of 350-450 degrees C to obtain a friction block; and (H) assembling the friction block and the finished heat conducting plate, support plate and two holders to combine and connect to make the finished brake pad.
