NOVELTY - Preparing straw laminated rubber involves weighing 30-50 pts. wt. rubber, 100-120 pts. wt. conductive filler and 3-5 pts. wt. conductive filler, where conductive filler is graphene. The modified straw fiber is crushed and dried for further use. The rubber is placed on a single-screw extruder. The rubber is heated to 100-120 degrees C. The rubber is pressed to form the rubber layer. At the same time modified straw fiber is added the pneumatic conveyor, through a conveying device. The straw material is conveyed to the rubber layer A presents a molten state. The rubber layer is pressed by roller, so that the straw material completely and closely combined with the rubber layer A. The rubber is placed on a single-screw extruder. The rubber is melted, and then plasticized. The straw is integrated with the rubber layer B. The drying temperature is 60-80 degrees C. The roller pressure is 80-120mpa. The screw extruder comprises an extruder and a casting mold. The roller is hollow roller. USE - Method for preparing straw laminated rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare straw laminated rubber in an eco-friendly and simple manner with high heat deflection temperature, excellent mechanical performance and good heat resistance property.
