NOVELTY - A mixed dimension-flexible transparent electrode comprises sequentially stacked silver layer and graphene layer, where the silver layer includes silver nanowires and silver nanoparticles. USE - Mixed dimension-flexible transparent electrode for use in optoelectronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mixed dimension-flexible transparent electrode has improved electrical properties and better light transmittance, mechanical stability, air stability and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the mixed dimension-flexible transparent electrode.
