NOVELTY - Brazing solder comprises 40-90 wt.% alloy powder, 0.1-3 wt.% graphene, 3-42 wt.% thermosetting resin, 1-2.5 wt.% organic acid, 0.3-10 wt.% curing agent, 0.8-10 wt.% auxiliary agent, where the alloy powder is composed of tin, bismuth, indium, zinc, and phosphorus. The thermosetting resin is bisphenol A type epoxy resin, bisphenol F type epoxy resin, phenolic epoxy resin, acrylic resin and/or silicone resin. The organic acid is succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, phenylsuccinic acid, and methylsuccinic acid. The curing agent is dicyandiamide, imidazole, anhydride and/or modified amine. The auxiliary agent includes 2-5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-0.5 wt.% foam agent, 0.2-3 wt.% dispersant and 0-3 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Brazing solder is used for photovoltaic cell sheet used in solar power generation system. ADVANTAGE - The photovoltaic brazing solder has better conductivity, oxidation resistance and welding reliability, and reduces the risk of cracking and crushing in the assembly connection process, and has good application prospect.
