NOVELTY - The reactor has case portion (1) that is provided to accommodate the layered material and to heat the layered material. A cover portion (2) is coupled to the case portion and provided to pressurize the inside of the case portion. A passage portion has one end connected to the case part to communicate with the inside of the case portion and providing a space through which gas within the case portion is discharged. A valve unit (4) is connected to the other end of a flow path unit (3) to control gas flow inside the case unit. A nozzle unit (5) is connected to the valve unit and discharging gas to the outside. USE - Explosive puffing reactor for preparation of porous materials. ADVANTAGE - The thermal expansion reactor is capable of mass-producing a porous material such as graphene by easily exfoliating a layered material such as graphite. The thermal expansion reactor can accurately measure the state inside the reactor so that a porous material with constant quality can be produced.
