▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cadmium selenide (CdSe) quantum dots loaded graphene contains rich nitrogen structure and surface loaded CdSe quantum dots, and graphene from graphite oxide. USE - Cadmium selenide quantum dots loaded graphene for solar battery device and photocatalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cadmium selenide quantum dots loaded graphene is low cost, suitable for industrialized production, yields products with different morphology, and has simple preparation, easy operation, and easy to control parameters. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of CdSe quantum dots loaded graphene which involves slowly adding concentrated sulfuric acid to graphite oxide, placing in ice bath, slowly stirring, adding potassium permanganate until solution gradually turns dark green, removing from ice bath, stirring at room temperature, placing in separatory funnel, dropwise adding deionized water, until solution turns from dark green to gray, and finally pink, placing in hot oil bath, stirring, removing from heat, adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide until solution turns yellow, standing, discarding supernatant and collecting precipitate, washing repeatedly with water and ethanol until solution is neutralized, freeze-drying graphene oxide product, adding deionized water, ultrasonicating to disperse graphene oxide into suspension, mixing cadmium chloride (CdCl2), selenium powder, and graphene oxide suspension, centrifuging, adding reducing agent to make 20 ml total volume, ultrasonically dispersing, transferring to PTFE-lined stainless steel reaction container, heating in constant temperature oven, naturally cooling to room temperature, suction filtering, repeatedly washing with water and ethanol, collecting solid, and vacuum drying at high temperature.
