▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for forming electroplated copper on surface of a non-metallic material involves preparing a graphene-based electroplating ink, spraying the graphene-based electroplating ink on the surface of a non-metallic material, drying the graphene-based electroplating ink sprayed on the surface of the non-metallic material at 50-200 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, soaking the non-metallic material in an electroplating solution, and applying voltage or current to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for forming electroplated copper on surface of a non-metallic material. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances adhesion between functionalized graphene and non-metallic materials contained in the graphene-based electroplating ink, eliminates use of heavy metals as catalysts, is environmentally-friendly and cost-effective, and improves adhesion and flexibility by using graphene-based electroplating inks.
