NOVELTY - Preparation of polymeric graphene nitride quantum dots modified titania nanotube catalyst involves adding precursor in a crucible, placing titania nanotubes with length of 1-3 cm into the precursor, heating to 350-650 degrees C with speed of 3-8 degrees C/minute for 3-5 hours, and washing using 0.1 M nitric acid. USE - Preparation of polymeric graphene nitride quantum dots modified titania nanotube catalyst used for producing photoelectrocatalysis hydrogen (all claimed) used in solar cells, and photocatalytic treatment of pollutants. ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of polymeric graphene nitride quantum dots modified titania nanotube catalyst having excellent photocatalytic activity by a simple process with high productivity.
