NOVELTY - A crack-resistant inorganic ceramic building coating composition comprises 25-27 wt.% silica sol, 18-20 wt.% silane, 0.5-1 wt.% inorganic polymerization inhibitor, 1-2 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.2-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 3-5 wt.% cellulose nanofibers, 13-15 wt.% inorganic filler, 15-18 wt.% pigment, 1-2 wt.% thickener, 1-2 wt.% of 25% formic acid, and remainder deionized water. USE - Crack-resistant inorganic ceramic building coating composition used for protecting indoor wall decoration. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent crack resistance, prevents coating from cracking by the silane compound, uses the layered structure of graphite and high tensile modulus and tensile strength and connecting the graphene to the molecular chain by chemical reaction, ensures durability of toughening, uses cellulose nano-fiber and linear fiber to form a multi-fiber orientation structure in the coating, effectively improves toughness of the coating, has function of dispersing stress, and prevents the crack propagation and diffusion in the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the crack-resistant inorganic ceramic building coating composition, which involves uniformly mixing the silica sol and graphene oxide, reacting under stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain graphene-modified silica sol, adding silane and 25% formic acid, reacting for 3.5-4 hours under stirring, adding the inhibitor, reacting for 10-20 minutes, obtaining inorganic ceramic resin after the reaction is terminated, adding the inorganic pigments, fillers, dispersants, 60-80% defoamer, cellulose nanofibers and deionized water to the ceramic resin, uniformly mixing, grinding using a grinder to a fineness of less than 20 μm, and filtering to obtain ceramic slurry, preparing a thickener into a transparent solution with the concentration of 5-10%, uniformly mixing and stirring the ceramic slurry, thickening agent solution and residual defoamer to obtain the composition.
