▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A lead-free graphene modified glass powder comprises glass powder modified with graphene by adsorption and bonding reaction. The graphene has 1-100 layers. USE - A lead-free graphene modified glass powder for an electronic paste (claimed) for solar battery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The glass powder has good dispersibility, conductivity, leveling property and thixotropic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method of preparing a lead-free graphene modified glass powder comprising mixing glass powder and graphene oxide organic dispersing solution at a mass ratio of 2-100:1; adding solvent; mixing; adding reducing agent to the mixture; reacting in the presence of hydrogen controlled at a flow rate of 10-30 ml/minute; filtering; washing; and drying; and (2) an electronic paste comprising 3-5 wt.% glass powder, 80-85 wt.% silver powder and 10-15 wt.% organic carrier.
