▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing vanadium-doped titanium(IV) oxide/reduced graphene composite nano photocatalyst comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide-containing ethanol by ultrasonic dissolution, (ii) preparing composite sol by sol-gel method using vanadium compounds and titanium precursors as raw materials, graphene oxide-containing ethanol as solvent, (iii) aging the composite sol, drying and sintering at high temperature to prepare intermediate vanadium-doped titanium(IV) oxide/graphene oxide composite nano powder and (iv) dissolving the intermediate vanadium-doped titanium(IV) oxide/graphene oxide composite nano powder in water and carrying out hydrazine reduction under stirring conditions to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing vanadium-doped titanium(IV) oxide/reduced graphene composite nano photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method: has few steps; is simple and easy to implement; and is easy to realize large-scale production.
