NOVELTY - Graphene foam comprises 64.6-90.7 wt.% polyurethane particles, 0.7-0.9 wt.% water, 0.3-0.4 wt.% silicone oil foam stabilizer, 0.5-0.7 wt.% catalyst, 0.3-0.4 wt.% antibacterial agent, 5-30 wt.% graphene and 2.5-3 wt.% special polyether polyol. USE - Graphene foam used for preparing insole and mattress (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene foam has excellent air permeability, resilience, tear resistance, elongation, softness, thermal conductivity and antistatic properties, etc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene foam, which involves adding Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, Polypropylene Glycol, polyether polyol to the screw extruder to produces polyurethane particles; placing the polyurethane particles into the foaming machine, mixing polyurethane particles, water, silicone oil foam stabilizer, catalyst, antibacterial agent, graphene and special polyether polyol by high speed mixing and stirring; injecting the stirred material into the forming mold for foaming, and cooling the mold after foaming to take out the semi-finished graphene foam; and placing the semi-finished graphene foam on the press, and compressing the foam by press to break the wall membrane between the inner cells.
