NOVELTY - A graphene-based electroless tin-plating solder comprises alloy component comprising 99.5-99.7 wt.% tin and 0.3-0.5 wt.% graphene. The surface of graphene is plated with tin plating layer. USE - Graphene-based electroless tin-plating solder for solder paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solder overcomes problem of non-wetting between graphene and solder substrate. The graphene in the prepared solder paste is uniformly distributed without impurity phases. The stability of interface between physical composite graphene and tin is high and strong, thereby increasing performance of welded joint. The process is simple, reliable, has strong adaptability and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-based electroless tin-plating solder, which involves adding high-purity graphene powder, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide in concentrated sulfuric acid, preparing graphene oxide slurry, adding citric acid and stannous chloride to graphene oxide solution and ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene oxide suspension, dissolving sodium borohydride in distilled water, slowly adding freshly prepared sodium borohydride solution to reaction kettle, stirring, filtering black precipitate, washing and drying under vacuum; and (2) solder paste, which is prepared by mixing solder and flux in mass ratio is 9:1.
