NOVELTY - High-strength anti-scraping cutting-proof flexible protective film comprises 67-69 pts. wt. modified polyvinyl chloride, 25-27 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 22-24 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 11-13 pts. wt. sepiolite fiber and 8-10 pts. wt. graphene fiber. The zinc sulfate solution has mass percentage of 5-7% and weight of 30-40% by weight of the polyvinyl chloride. USE - Used as high-strength anti-scraping cutting-proof flexible protective film. ADVANTAGE - The film and has high strength and flexibility, prevents sunshine directly irradiating products and prevents scratched or lacerated in process, and protects products from damage in process of storage and transportation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength anti-scraping cutting-proof flexible protective film, comprising (i) mixing modified polyvinyl chloride and linear low density polyethylene, heating to 110-120 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture A; (ii) crushing polyester fiber, sepiolite fiber and graphene fiber into 0.2-0.3 mm, adding into the mixture A and stirring at 90-95 degrees C for 25-30 minutes, heating to 130-140 degrees C to obtain mixture B; (iii) placing the mixture B in the extruder, extruding at 140-145 degrees C, biaxial stretching into 0.21-0.23 mm, and forming the film; and (iv) spraying hemostatic cyclic acid solution of 15-17 mg/l on both sides of the initial film formation, treating for 15-20 minutes at 40-45 degrees C and 100% ambient humidity and drying at 30-35 degrees C until no moisture, where the ambient humidity is 75-80%.
