NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene oxide thin film, comprises (i) preparing a graphene oxide suspension by diluting graphene oxide in a solvent containing ethanol; (ii) preheating the graphene oxide suspension after distributing it on a substrate; (iii) coating the graphene oxide suspension; and (iv) oxygen plasma treating the graphene oxide-coated substrate. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene oxide thin film. ADVANTAGE - The thin film has an ultra-uniform shape; and standard deviation thickness of 0.6-0.8 nm. The method allows graphene oxide particles to be evenly deposited on the substrate instead of being excessively deposited at the edges, and additional low-power hypoxic plasma treatment after coating; and reduces the standard deviation of the height of the coated graphene oxide thin film and makes the surface uniform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide thin film prepared by the above method.
