▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing insulin derivative loaded-functionalized nano-graphene oxide particles involves performing amination of polyethylene glycol to a solution of graphene oxide, followed by addition of 1-ethyl-3-(dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N- hydroxysuccinimide to it. The obtained mixture is stirred uniformly, and then centrifuged to obtain aminated polyethylene glycol-modified nano graphene oxide. Insulin derivative is added dropwise to the prepared aminated polyethylene glycol-modified nano graphene oxide under continuous stirring condition to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing insulin derivative loaded-functionalized nano-graphene oxide particles used for treating type 2 diabetes (claimed).
