NOVELTY - Graphene-modified polyvinylpyrrolidone is prepared by dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in ethanol, adding graphite powder, ultrasonically processing for 1-10 hours, centrifuging at 2000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm), removing the bottom precipitates, obtaining the supernatant, centrifuging for 1-4 times to remove the insoluble graphene, adding 0.5-3 times petroleum ether, centrifuging at 2000-8000 rpm, removing the upper clear layer, oven drying the petroleum ether purified solution at 50 degrees C to remove ethanol, and obtaining the product. USE - Graphene-modified polyvinylpyrrolidone used to increase lubricity and thermal conductivity of water-based cutting fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation of graphene-modified polyvinylpyrrolidone is simple and safe, and has low cost and short period.
