NOVELTY - A natural rubber containing graphene/attapulgite composite comprises 100 parts mass natural rubber, 1-2 parts mass stearic acid, 4-6 parts mass zinc oxide, 0.2-3.5 parts mass accelerant, 0.5-1 part mass anti-aging agent, 3-6 parts mass vulcanizing agent, and 30-40 parts mass graphene/attapulgite composite. USE - Natural rubber containing graphene/attapulgite composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The natural rubber containing graphene/attapulgite composite has excellent acid resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, conductivity, barrier properties, and mechanical properties, and is prepared using simple process at reduced cost, without special equipment and harsh conditions, and is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of natural rubber containing graphene/attapulgite composite, which involves mixing natural rubber, graphene/attapulgite composite and anti-aging agent, drying to remove excess moisture and obtain natural rubber composite, masticating the natural rubber compound on rubber mill, adding stearic acid, zinc oxide, and accelerant, mixing, cooling to room temperature, adding vulcanizing agent, mixing, vulcanizing for 8-24 hours, and discharging.
