NOVELTY - Composition comprises specific metal nanoparticles. USE - The composition is useful in composite material and device for controlling reduction state of graphene oxide, adjusting reduction state and/or electrical conductivity of graphene in certain level through flash annealing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method controls properties of the final material including electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene-containing composition flash annealing treating of composition for reducing a state of graphene oxide and adjusting electrical conductivity of graphene to a desired level; and (2) producing graphene containing product, comprising forming graphene-containing composition having desired electrical conductivity of graphene by applying flash annealing to the composition for regulating the reduction state of the graphene oxide; (3) composite material comprising graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles in predetermined ratio; (4) device comprising the composite material; (5) adjusting electrical conductivity and/or reduction state of graphene in graphene containing material, comprising flash annealing graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles in controlled range; (6) controlling electrical conductivity and/or reduced state of grapheme, comprising flash annealing graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles in a state in which the ratio is adjusted in predetermined range; and (7) producing device, comprising flash annealing graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles on a device in which graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles are adjusted in certain ratio.
