▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) grinding a carbon rod in waste dry battery to obtain graphite powder, mixing graphite powder with concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate under ice bath conditions, placing reaction system in environment of 25-40℃ and 80-95℃ to react in turn, (ii) adding water and hydrogen peroxide successively until reaction system becomes bright yellow in reaction system of step (i), washing obtained precipitate to obtain graphene oxide after solid-liquid separation, (iii) roasting manganese powder in waste dry battery, and performing a mixing reaction with the filtrate obtained by solid-liquid separation in step (ii) after cooling, and (iv) carrying out mixed solution after step (iii) reaction solid-liquid separation, mixing the obtained filtrate with sodium carbonate solution after iron removal, and collecting and drying precipitate to obtain manganese carbonate, where sodium carbonate solution is saturated sodium carbonate solution. USE - Method for comprehensively recovering and regenerating of waste dry battery used in field of solid waste resource utilization. ADVANTAGE - The method: synthesizes graphene oxide from carbon rods in waste dry batteries; realizes the comprehensive recovery and recycling of waste dry batteries; reduces the generation of waste acid and acid consumption in the recycling process; and has simple implementation process, low environmental pollution and high economic benefits, good application prospect and economic value.
