NOVELTY - The wear-resistant switch comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 0.5 pt. wt. nano-carbon powder, 1 pts. wt. synergist, 1.5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 1 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1 pt. wt. initiator, 0.01 pt. wt. graphene microchip, 5 pts. wt. nylon, 0.5 pt. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 5 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 1.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1 pt. wt. thickening agent, 0.5 pt. wt. calcined kaolin, 0.5 pt. wt. surfactant and 3 pts. wt. active magnesium oxide. USE - Wear-resistant switch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear resistance, tensile strength, water resistance, insulation performance and heat dissipation effect are high and service life time period is extended. The switch is obtained with high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of wear-resistant switch, which involves adding acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and linear low density polyethylene to the mixer, and mixing at 85-95 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, placing the mixture into a twin-screw extruder to produce granules, placing the masterbatch into the degaussing machine for demagnetization, and removing magnetic properties of the master particles, mixing the masterbatch and nano-carbon powder, synergist, nucleating agent, lubricant, antioxidant, initiator, graphene microchip, nylon, dimethyl silicone oil, linear low density polyethylene, silica, reinforcing agent, calcined kaolin, surfactant and active magnesium oxide to the mixer, mixing at 110 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, and then molding through the twin-screw extruder, to obtain wear-resistant switch.
