NOVELTY - Flame-retardant high temperature resistant polyvinylchloride film comprises polyvinylchloride powder, plasticizer, heat stabilizer, calcium carbonate powder, antimony trioxide, zinc borate and vinyl copolymer resin, the vinyl copolymer resin is coated on the outer surface of the powder of the antimony trioxide and the zinc borate and the plasticizer is coated on the outer surface of the vinyl copolymer resin. USE - Used as flame-retardant high temperature resistant polyvinylchloride film. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinylchloride film: can form inorganic-organic synergistic flame retardant smoke suppression system and improve the processing performance and physical performance of the whole material; has the function of flame retardant and inhibiting smoke, and flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting performance when burning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyvinylchloride film, comprising (i) adding 50-60 wt.% polyvinyl chloride powder, 25-32 wt.% plasticizer, 1-2 wt.% heat stabilizer, 5-8 wt.% calcium carbonate powder, 1-2 wt.% antimony trioxide, 1-2 wt.% zinc borate, 2-5 wt.% vinyl copolymer resin and 1-2 wt.% pigment; (ii) adding antimony trioxide and zinc borate in the container, stirring uniformly, then adding vinyl copolymer resin, high speed stirring banburying to obtain the vinyl copolymer resin coated with LA material of diantimony trioxide and zinc borate; (iii) adding plasticizer in the LA material, using the refining process, covering the plasticizer on the surface of the LA material to obtain LB material; and (iv) orderly adding polyvinylchloride powder, heat stabilizer, calcium carbonate powder, pigment and the LB material in the material groove of the screw extruder, mixing uniformly, extruding, then rolling to form after winding, namely obtaining the flame-retardant high temperature resistant PVC film for graphene electric heating film.
