NOVELTY - A water isolation composite film (10) comprises porous support material (12) which has pore (13) produced by polymer and repeating unit, and selection layer (14) which is arranged on porous support material and consists of graphene oxide layer (15) and organic compound to arbitrary interlayers of graphene oxide layers. USE - A water isolation composite film for film dehumidifying apparatus used for removing water from air. ADVANTAGE - Composite film has high water vapor transmission rate and water/air-separation coefficient without using heater and refrigerant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A water isolation composite film (10) comprises porous support material (12) which has pore (13) produced by polymer of formula -(NH-C(=O))- (1) and repeating unit of formula -(O-C(=O))- (2), and selection layer (14) which is arranged on porous support material and consists of graphene oxide layer (15) and organic compound of formulae X(C(R1)(R2))n-X and X-A-X to arbitrary interlayers of graphene oxide layers. X=-OH, -NH2, -SH, -(C(=O)OH) and -(C(=O)H); A=-(CC)-, cis -(CH=CH)- and trans -(CH=CH)-; n=2-3 or 0-1; and R1,R2=1-12C alkyl.
