The outer layer is: 4-8 pts. wt. nylon 10T, 95-100 pts. wt. nylon 6, 5-9 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyurethane elastomer, 3-5 pts. wt. carboxylated double-wall carbon nanotube, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. nanosilicon dioxide and 4-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene. USE - Used as thermal insulation type skin-core composite monofilament. ADVANTAGE - The monofilament has good thermal insulation performance, and good mechanical properties, and durable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite monofilament, comprising (i) taking each raw material of the inner layer and the outer layer of the skin-core composite monofilament respectively by weight, and drying, and mixing the raw materials of the inner layer and the outer layer evenly respectively, (ii) feeding the mixed inner layer raw material into a twin-screw extruder and melting into an inner layer mixed melt, (iii) introducing the outer layer raw material into another twin-screw extruder to melt into outer layer mixed melt, and (iv) taking the mixed melt of the inner layer and the mixed melt of the outer layer enter the composite spinning machine, and after the melt is distributed, ejecting from the composite spinneret, forming filament with an inner layer and an outer layer structure, and cooling by blowing, oiling, stretching and winding.
