▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene carbon nanocomposite material is prepared by coating inorganic nanocrystals with amorphous carbon material to form a core-shell nanostructure and uniformly covering graphene with amorphous carbon to form an amorphous carbon-graphene-amorphous carbon sandwich structure. The inorganic nanocrystal is metal sulfide or metal silicide and has particle grain size of 15-25 nm and particle is covered with a carbon layer. The thickness of the carbon layer is more than 10 nm. USE - Three-dimensional graphene carbon nanocomposite material used as cathode material for lithium ion battery and sodium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has excellent electrical conductivity, and provides battery having high capacity and show excellent electrochemical performance at high current output. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of three-dimensional graphene carbon nanocomposite material, which involves compounding carbon-coated metal sulfide or silicide by petroleum pitch, graphene, and metal salt compound (A) and metal salt compound (B) in mass ratio of 1:0-0.2:0.5-3:0-10; and (2) use of three-dimensional graphene carbon nanocomposite material as electrode material for assembling sodium ion battery and lithium ion battery.
