NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) includes 20-30 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 60-80 pts. wt. polyol, 5-10 pts. wt. tourmaline, 0.5-3 pts. wt. porous graphene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst and 0-2 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. USE - Thermoplastic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic polyurethane has porous graphene and tourmaline that can effectively improve the gas adsorption parameters and improve the adsorption effect on odors, and tourmaline has excellent antibacterial effects, and the addition of graphene and tourmaline can also play a role in improving the strength of the material, and also cooperates with ethylene glycol chain extension to ensure the flexibility and molding effect of TPU products without adding plasticizers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing TPU, which involves: (A) adding the vacuum dehydrated polyol to the diisocyanate, and after the reaction, obtaining the prepolymer; (B) adding the chain extender and catalyst to the A storage tank, add the prepolymer to the B storage tank, under agitation, vacuum dehydration, and pumping into the twin-screw extruder; and (C) reacting in a twin-screw extruder at 110-190 degrees C, adding porous graphene, tourmaline and other additives in the 10th zone of the screw by external equipment, and granulating to obtain TPU particles.
