NOVELTY - Polyethylene winding film comprises 50-80 pts. wt. modified polyethylene, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 2-14 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 5-30 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 0.2- 1 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 0.1-7 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.2-1 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.1-1 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as polyethylene winding film. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene winding film has reduces the photochemical reaction possibility, prevents or delaying light aging process, and reaches the service life of polyethylene winding film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing polyethylene winding film, comprising (i) preparing the required raw materials polyethylene, graphene fiber, silicon dioxide, methyl vinyl silicone rubber, linear low density polyethylene, stabilizer, antioxidant, light stabilizer, UV absorbers, tackifier, toughener and flame retardants, (ii) processing the polyethylene and the linear low-density polyethylene anti-oxidant modification, (iii) crushing and sieving the graphene fibers to obtain powdery graphene fibers, (iv) adding the above raw materials into the reaction kettle in sequence, and mixing uniformly at a rotating speed of 500-1500 revolutions/minute, conduct a heating reaction at a heating temperature at 90-120℃ for 6-8 hours to obtain a mixture, (v) using the double-screw extruder for high temperature extrusion processing the mixture, the rotating speed of the extruder is 600-800 revolutions/minute and the temperature is 150-220℃, and (vi) casting the extruded raw materials and film-formed through a casting machine, casting temperature is 200-260℃, after cooling by the cooling roller, and rolling by a rolling machine to obtain polyethylene winding film.
