NOVELTY - The method involves forming an OLED device in a substrate base plate. Copper foil separation process is performed to form a copper foil on a graphene thin film. OLED device packaging process is performed to adopt the graphene thin film that is arranged in the OLED device. Adhesive polymer is stuck by an adhesive tape. The OLED device is formed with a transparent passivation layer. The graphene thin film is adhered to transparent glue. Transparent glue curing process is performed. USE - Method for packaging an OLED device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring high light transmittance of the graphene thin film, adjusting height of a water-resisting oxygen barrier, separating the copper foil in an easier manner, increasing packaging effect and production efficiency of the OLED device and simplifying packaging requirements of the OLED device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate base plate is made of glass, quartz and silicon chip material. The adhesive polymer is contained with polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polydimethyl siloxane, polypropylene, epoxy resin polyethylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic, polyvinyl chloride, polyoxymethylene, polycarbonate, phenolic aldehyde rubber, polyurethane rubber, epoxy resin, unsaturation polyester plastic, rubber, organic silicon resin and propylene-based resin.
