▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A bismuth vanadate powder is pretreated using silane coupling agent and amino group is introduced. The pretreated compound is irradiated with ultraviolet light and oxidized with graphene or graphene oxide. The oxidized graphene composite is reduced with alkylene oxide to obtain olive-shaped bismuth vanadate-graphene composite. USE - Preparation of bismuth vanadate-graphene composite photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, and produces photocatalyst with improved photocatalytic efficiency and photocatalytic degradation activity with respect to organic pollutants.
