NOVELTY - Mountaineering sole composite foaming material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. natural rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 13-17 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1.6-2.0 pts. wt. graphene, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 3.5-5 pts. wt. flow auxiliary agent, 2-2.6 pts. wt. foaming agent and 6-8 pts. wt. phenylene ether silicone rubber. The flow auxiliary agent comprises oxidized polyethylene and ethylene bis stearamide in a ratio of 1: (0.25-0.32). The cross-linking agent comprises magnesium methacrylate and sulfur in a ratio of 1: (1.2-1.4). The heat stabilizer comprises stearic acid and zinc stearate in a ratio of 1: (0.7-0.8). The foaming agent is azodicarbonamide foaming agent. USE - Used as material comprising e.g. natural rubber. ADVANTAGE - The material has low density and ultra-lightness; has excellent wear resistance, high tensile strength, good mechanical properties, good durability; ensures that the anti-slip coefficient (dry anti-slip and wet anti-slip) is high and has good skid-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing mountaineering sole composite foaming material comprising (a) taking raw materials, (b) sending the natural rubber into a internal mixer, refining at 122-125 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, discharging the material, storing the natural rubber for more than 48 hours, (c) casting the raw material except the cross-linking agent and foaming agent into the internal mixer, mixing, reacting at 102-107 degrees C, performing first turning, reacting at 110-112 degrees C, turning the material for the second time, continuing mixing for 8-10 minutes, (d) continuing heating at 122-125 degrees C, adding cross-linking agent to the internal mixer when the third turning is carried out, continue mixing for 3-4 minutes, (e) adding the foaming agent to the internal mixer, mixing thoroughly for 6-8 minutes to obtain the mixture and (f) foaming the mixture by molding or injection foaming to obtain the composite foamed material.
