NOVELTY - Nylon cloth comprises 100-120 pts. wt. nylon fiber, 30-50 pts. wt. nanofiber, 20-30 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 20- 30 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. softener and 4-6 pts. wt. antistatic agent USE - The nylon cloth is useful for garment production. ADVANTAGE - The nylon cloth adopts the combination of graphene and cotton fiber and hence can be mixed with nylon fiber to obtain graphene modified nylon fiber, and has strong heat preservation and cold resistance effect. The method prepares nylon cloth with anti-oxidant and anti-wrinkle performance under the action of antioxidant and antistatic agent, and efficiently improves the whole performance of the nylon cloth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is aslo included for preparing the nylon cloth, comprising: (i) mixing nylon fiber with graphene, adding antioxidant and plasticizer, and modifying to obtain graphene modified nylon fiber as warp yarn; (ii) mixing nanofiber and cotton fiber, and adding softening agent to prepare mixed nanofiber as weft yarn; (iii) blending the warp yarn and weft yarn into nylon cloth, and spraying antistatic agent on the nylon cloth to form antistatic coating; and (iv) drying and shaping the nylon cloth after dry washing to obtain the anti-wrinkle and thermal insulating nylon cloth.
