NOVELTY - Graphene conductive rubber-fiber composite material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. active natural enzyme, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 3-6 pts. wt. conductive graphite, 4-7.5 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 5-10 pts. wt. fiber and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone. USE - The graphene conductive rubber-fiber composite material (along with ordinary rubber and plastic material) is useful in antistatic sole (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive rubber-fiber composite material improves elasticity and wear resistance of soles, and has excellent antistatic functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene conductive rubber fiber composite material comprising (i) mixing graphene, coupling agent and active natural enzyme to obtain modified graphene slurry, (ii) adding 1/3-1/2 modified graphene slurry, conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes, conductive graphite, polyethylene glycol and phenolic resin, and mixing well to obtain graphene conductive polymer paste, (iii) adding fiber and polyetheretherketone into remaining modified graphene slurry, mixing well to obtain rubber/fiber polymer, and (iv) mixing graphene conductive polymer slurry and rubber/fiber polymer uniformly at 90-135 degrees C; and (2) antistatic sole comprising 60-70 pts. wt. rubber and plastic materials, 30-40 pts. wt. graphene conductive rubber fiber composite material, 1-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. conductive auxiliary agent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. active agent.
