NOVELTY - The preparation method of oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene fiber involves (i) adding oxidized graphene to an ethanol solution, ultrasonically dissolving to obtain oxidized graphene solution, (ii) adding polypropylene to xylene in a ratio of 1:(15-20), heating at 115-135 degrees C, completely dissolving polypropylene in xylene, (iii) slowly adding graphene oxide solution to polypropylene solution, mechanically stirring, drying the mixture in an air atmosphere to obtain oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene composite material, and melt spinning. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene fiber easily by simple process with excellent thermal stability and tensile property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene fiber involves (i) adding oxidized graphene to an ethanol solution, ultrasonically dissolving to obtain oxidized graphene solution with concentration of 0.2-1.0 mg/ml, (ii) adding polypropylene to xylene in a ratio of 1:(15-20), heating at 115-135 degrees C, completely dissolving polypropylene in xylene, (iii) slowly adding graphene oxide solution to polypropylene solution, mechanically stirring at 130-160 degrees C for 0.5 hour, drying the mixture in an air atmosphere at 45-55 degrees C to obtain oxidized graphene-modified polypropylene composite material, and melt spinning graphene-modified polypropylene composite material.
