▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano-graphene loaded wax slurry comprises: 20-40 nm superfine graphene nano particles loaded onto solid wax dispersion containing 200-800 nm wax particles, and has solids content of 15-25%, and graphene and wax ratio of 1/10-1/12. USE - As nano-graphene loaded wax slurry, useful in in paint, ink and leather coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-graphene loaded wax slurry and its preparation solve problem of the prior art for using graphene in coating and in ink involving aggregation in dispersion, by using nano-graphene particles for loading in wax slurry. The obtained wax slurry can not only be used for oil paint and printing ink, but also can be used for aqueous paint and ink and for leather coating. Because nano-graphene particles have high conductivity and good self-lubricating property, friction resistance of coating after addition of nano-graphene particles is greatly improved. Because graphene sheet gathers on surface of wax particles to form aggregate coatings on surface as double layer, conductivity of coating surface is greatly improved, and plays important role in static electricity eliminating coating and as electromagnetic wave barrier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparation of the nano-graphene loaded wax slurry, involving: preparing oily wax slurry or aqueous wax slurry, and nano graphene preparation, and mixing to obtain wax product as dilute fluid preparation; and (2) use of the nano-graphene loaded wax slurry in paint, ink or leather coating, where addition amount of slurry according to solid content is 1-6 wt.% of total weight.
