NOVELTY - Graphene-based modified antibacterial and antiviral coating comprises 30-80 pts. wt. modified potassium silicate, 5-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 4-16 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 3-10 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 5-20 pts. wt. modified shell powder, 1-9 pts. wt. graphene modified zinc powder, 2-12 pts. wt. negative oxygen ion releasing agent, 2-12 pts. wt. formaldehyde absorbent, 2-16 pts. wt. coating auxiliary agent, and 0.1-3 pts. wt. 100000-viscosity hydroxyethyl cellulose. USE - Used as graphene-based modified antibacterial and antiviral coating. ADVANTAGE - The formaldehyde absorber enhances the antibacterial, especially antiviral effect, improves the absorption and purification effect. The coating has good stability and good sterilization effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for preparing graphene-based modified antibacterial and antiviral coating, comprising (i) sequentially adding modified potassium silicate, deionized water, titanium pigment, barium sulfate, modified shell powder, graphene modified zinc powder into the emulsifying and dispersing combined mixer, and dispersing at 580 revolutions/minute for 5-8 minutes; (ii) adjusting the speed to 700-800 revolutions/minute, adding 0-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, dispersant, wetting agent, and dispersing for 20-40 minutes; (iii) adding negative oxygen ion release agent and dispersing at 700-800 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes; (iv) allowing to stand for 2-3 minutes, adding formaldehyde absorbent and dispersing at 600-700 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes; (v) allowing to stand for 2-3 minutes, adding 100000-viscosity hydroxyethyl cellulose and dispersing for 30-40 min minutes at a rate of 1500-1800 revolutions/minute; and (vi) adding 0-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and stabilizer and dispersing at a speed of 680-700 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes.
